How do I
file a Return request and what happens afterwards?
an email or call our customer care. Return request will be reviewed by Blissgreen Team. If required, request will be shared with the merchant for his/her
approval, we will ask you to return the product (at your own cost). After the product is received,
it is verified against your claim. Refund is initiated after that.

is delivered back to us. Exact time would depend on the nature of the product

While, we try to ship out every order
that has been successfully placed with Blissgreen, there are some situations in
which we may have to cancel orders. Some of the situations that may result in
your order being cancelled include (but not limited to):

When will I get the refund?
